Points for the Crossroads League All-Sports Trophy are awarded based on each team's finish in the regular season standings, or for a team's finish at the league championship event for the sports of cross country, cheer, golf, and track and field. A first-place finish earns 10 points, with nine points for second, eight for third and so on, until each team is given a point value. They are earned in the following sports: men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's tennis, women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's bowling, competitive cheer, men's and women's indoor track and field, baseball, men's and women's golf, softball, and men's and women's outdoor track and field.
