COACHING PHILOSOPHY/WHY DO YOU COACH?
“My favorite part of coaching is having the privilege of doing life together daily with my players. Being able to come along side of them in their process of molding, shaping, and developing themselves as men and baseball players. God has given me a platform in lots of ways over many years to encourage each one in their faith walk to become the person God wants them to be in their lives. I also love the opportunity given to mold and shape them into the best baseball player they can be and push and encourage that growth year to year in their development process. The lasting relationships that are created and built through this whole process is the great gift we can have through this calling to be a part of this great profession of Coaching!” -Coach Z
