COACHING PHILOSOPHY/WHY DO YOU COACH?
I coach for the relationships. While wins and championships matter, the greatest impact comes from investing in our athletes’ lives each day. My goal is to create an environment where players grow spiritually, academically, socially, and athletically while pursuing excellence in everything they do.
I am passionate about competing at a high level, but I care even more about who our athletes are becoming in the process. At Bethel, we strive to develop confident, resilient young women whose faith shapes the way they lead, compete, and serve others. We emphasize accountability, a growth mindset, and a team-first culture where every player feels known, valued, and challenged.
Ultimately, I want our program to transform hearts and minds—helping athletes deepen their relationship with Christ, build lifelong friendships, and leave prepared to be salt and light wherever God leads them. I believe pursuing championships and pursuing Christ can happen together, and that’s what makes Bethel special.
