    2010
  • Sport(s)
    Softball, Women's Volleyball
April proved to be one of Bethel's most elite female athletes of all time as she excelled at the national level in both softball and volleyball for four years ('98-'01). Even though April excelled on the volleyball court, what she was able to accomplish on the softball field was what shines the brightest as we look back on her time in a Pilot uniform.

As a softball player, April was a four-time NCCAA All-American and four-year member of the MCC All-Conference team. She also took home NAIA All-American honors and the title of MCC Player of the Year in 1999. April's #15 jersey was retired in 2001 after her college career ended. It currently remains the only Pilot Softball jersey to hang in Championship Lobby of the Wiekamp Athletic Center.
