Tonia (Habeck) Sawicki graduated in 2000 with a B.A. degree in Biblical Studies. Tonia was a four-year letter winner in cross-country and track. She was the Ron Paulsen Award Winner in 1999. Tonia had her track jersey retired upon graduation.
Her cross-country accomplishments: NAIA & NCCAA Academic All-American – '98, '99; NCCAA All-American – '96, '97, '98; and Mid-Central All-Conference Team – '96, '97, '98, and '99.
Even though the cross-country accomplishments are great, they don't compare to her accomplishments in track and field: NAIA & NCCAA Indoor All-American - '00; NAIA Outdoor All-American - '00; NCCAA Outdoor All-American - '99, '00; NAIA & NCCAA Academic All-American - '99, '00; Mid-Central All-Conference Team – '97, '00; NCCAA Indoor 5K National Champion - '00; NCCAA Outdoor 5K National Champion - '00; 2-time NCCAA Outdoor 10K National Champion - '99, '00; NAIA Outdoor 10K National Runner-up - '00; NCCAA Indoor 3K National Runner-up - '99, '00; and NCCAA Outdoor 10K National Runner-up - '97.
