Lisa graduated in 2000 with a B.A. degree in Elementary Education. Lisa was a four-year letter winner on the volleyball team. She was a member of the 1999 volleyball team that won the NCCAA National Championship.

Lisa was a two-time NCCAA All-American ('98, '99) and is considered one of the best setters in volleyball history. She was named to the NCCAA National Tournament All-Tournament Team twice ('98, '99), the NCCAA All-Regional Team twice ('98, '99) and on the All-MCC team twice ("98, '99). Lisa was named MVP of the NCCAA Regional Team in 1999.
